Booked MOT and service at same time. Was contacted one week later to arrange the service I had already booked. Also asked if my MOT could be arranged for the one month prior period, was booked in one day too soon, lost the month.

Although my car was serviced, the service indicator was still showing when I took it away. Also discovered that tyre pressures were shown to be inadequate. Surprised my car wasn't re-checked before I took it and made me wonder if it had been serviced

No courtesy car offered - 2x. When car booked in due to Drive Train error, advised that “if I felt it was unsafe to drive, call Mini Assist and they would provide a car.” Staff appearance could be a bit better, even quirky. Lovely staff.

There were 2 modifications to make due to safety updates 1 was carried out at the service, the other I was told would need a spare part ordering, I'm still waiting for a call for that to be fitted.

The car spent 10 days in the garage and was delivered back to me. The next day while driving it, I could hear a strange noise. My son could see a clamp was loose and spinning round - an error, it hadn’t been tightened properly. Back to Sandal again.
